Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kimo Drive Technology 75S6UL-26-S76 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 825MN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7685T12OD manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7709110 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand 920080802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ixia such as 840005104 equipment made by Ixia have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ixia products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ixia" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7709010 made by Baldor as well as the popular 8MSP7381A01 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8020SCP723 by Symax and 840005104 spares by Ixia are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0076B501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
